Michael Seery

Michael Seery, founder and owner of michael seery & associates, inc., has more than 30 years of commercial and residential real estate sales and development experience, including raw land sales and procurement of government permits. His comprehensive knowledge of the Southwest Florida market reflects his continual monitoring of competitive conditions and market fluctuations; examining local government rules and regulations; and consulting with national builders and developers on local market conditions relative to national and regional trends. Developers welcome Michael's unique attention to detail and creative marketing approaches. He has proven his ability to adjust to the changing dynamics of the Southwest Florida market and to identify the significant trends in commercial and residential real estate that have made the projects with which he has been associated so successful.

Michael is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, and a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Florida Association of REALTORS®, and the Sarasota Association of REALTORS®.

Frank has 25 years of experience buying and selling real estate in Sarasota. As a state licensed air conditioning contractor, he knows firsthand the challenges facing business owners and investors in the Sarasota market. Experienced in both the residential and commercial markets, Frank enjoys helping entrepreneurs meet those challenges and become successful in the Sarasota real estate marketplace. Frank is a Florida licensed Real Estate salespereson, as well as a member of the Florida and Sarasota Associations of Realtors.

Frank has worked hard to serve the community he grew up in. He has been an elected member of the Sarasota County School Board since 2000. In addition, he serves on the boards of the Salvation Army, the Manasota Partnership for Safe Children, the Community Alliance, the Suncoast Workforce Board, and is currently chairman of the Workforce Board's 1st Jobs/1st Wages Council.

Frank is a lifelong resident of Sarasota. He has been married to his wife, Joni, since 1976, and has 4 grown children and a granddaughter, Madison. Frank enjoys golfing and fishing with his family.
